“After having received a cool response from my previous hair salon to my request to set my hair for my forthcoming wedding, I approached Genesis Hair Design in my local town of Tadcaster.
As I walked in for the first time I was welcomed by a warm friendly atmosphere, followed by an offer of a drink while I waited to see Paula, owner and stylist. I only had to wait two minutes! Paula was helpful and courteous, with several suggestions and ideas I hadn’t thought of. She even opened up early for me on the morning of my wedding.
The end outcome was fantastic and the start of a hairdressing relationship. Genesis Hair Design offer a personal service, putting their clients at the centre of their business. They are accommodating and understanding of your needs, with fresh, modern and innovative ideas.
In my experience Genesis has bent over backwards to make sure I receive an excellent service and Paula’s technical ability is very evident, as each time I ask for a ‘new look’, I am never disappointed. I receive on a weekly basis positive comments on my cut and colour, and can happily recommend Genesis Hair Design.”
